Shipping

We dispatch to anywhere in the United Kingdom and aim to send out all orders placed by 12pm on the same day (Monday to Friday). All parcels are sent priority postage from one of our distribution centres and usually arrive within 4 to 6 working days.

If you haven't received your order within 7 working days of receiving the order confirmation email, please do let us know and we will investigare. Simply send an email to support@crazykangaroo.com or fill out our contact form here.

Returns and Exchanges

28 day returns guarantee

We hope that you will be 100% satisfied with anything you buy from us. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) to us within 28 days from the date of dispatch as long as the product remains unopened and unused. You can find the dispatch date on the documentation you received with your order.

Before returning any goods, please contact us so that we can issue an RMA number and give you detailed instructions.

Please make sure that all items are returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition. We cannot accept returns for opened or used items.

When returning your item, please ensure it is securely wrapped to avoid any damage in transit. We cannot accept an item for refund or exchange if it has been damaged on the way back to us.

We recommend you obtain a Proof of Postage receipt from the Post Office for any parcels you send to us.

Refunds will be issued once we have received the returned item back into stock. Any refunds can only be made to the credit card or PayPal account that was used when placing the order. We will email you to confirm that your refund has been issued. This is normally within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

If you would like to exchange an item, you will be required to pay any difference in price and any additional delivery costs (if applicable). Any applicable payments will need to be made before we can send your replacement.

Where you have received an incorrect or faulty item, we will issue a refund or send you a replacement free of charge.
